Day of the Dead Spicy Beef Tacos |

Ingredients# 10 taco shells
# 1 small lettuce
# 2 firm tomatoes
# 1lb.(450g) minced beef
# 1 tsp. plain flour
# 1 small green pepper
# one quarter pint of beef stock
# 1 medium onion
# 1-2 tsp chilli powder
# pinch of garlic powder
# 1 tbs. tomato puree
# pinch of salt
# sour cream for dressing
# 1 small lettuce
# 2 firm tomatoes
# 1lb.(450g) minced beef
# 1 tsp. plain flour
# 1 small green pepper
# one quarter pint of beef stock

# sour cream for dressing
Procedures# Skin and finely chop the onion then mix with the minced beef
# Gently fry the beef mixture until browned then stir in the flour and fry about a minute
# Stir in the stock, tomato puree and seasonings
# Dice and de-seed the green pepper then stir into the beef mixture
# Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
# Meanwhile wash and shred the lettuce and dice the tomato finely
# Divide the mince mixture between the taco shells, garnish with lettuce and tomato then top with a little sour cream and serve
