Ingredients 1 Lb Pork Spareribs -- 1" lengths
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce, Light
2 Tbsp Dry Sherry
3 Cloves Garlic -- chopped fine
1 Tbsp Fermented Black Beans -- rinsed and mashed
Pinch Brown Sugar
1/2 Tsp Monosodium Glutamate
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Garlic And Red Chili Paste -- or to taste
2 tbsp Cornstarch
2 Green Onions -- chopped
1/2 Green Bell Pepper -- julienned

Procedures Place the spareribs pieces in a colander and pour 2 qts. boiling water
over them, (do this over the sink). Drain well and stir-fry until lightly
browned. Drain fat and place them in a boil. Add all other ingredients
except the onions and green pepper. Mix well and then add the onions and
green pepper. Place in a steaming dish and steam for 1 hour and fifteen
minutes. They will be very tender and delicious.
